| Jesus is the good news of salvation for people of every race and nation, every language and culture. He passes on to his disciples in every age the mission which he received from the Father. To each of us he says: “As the Father has sent me, so I send you” (Jn 20:21).
The mission of the Church is a participation in the mission of Jesus, the one and only savior of the world. He stated clearly: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (Jn 14:6) Go out to all the world and tell the good news. (Mk 16:15)
