Ashe is a Wizard, and an Elf, and an Enchantress, but her wife needs here to be a Financial Analyst, so that's what she does.
Ashe is a loner, and self-educated. She has an IT background, and was briefly a Personal Trainer.
Ashe despises humans, their social games, and their culture.
She also never accepts the world as it is. Ashe will be exactly who and what she wishes to be, or she will not be at all.
Ashe works for her wife's philanthropic Shao Foundation, using targeted donation and investment for a rising tide and all that.
Ashe doesn't share her wife's faith in charity, but that's what she's set on, so that's what Ashe makes happen.
Ashe was a Virtual Adept many years ago, and her wife recently pulled her into the Society of Ether.
She's in a difficult spot now, Video Game Wizard doesn't really have anything to do with her new life.
She's coming up against the inertia of Paradigm, the immutability and alienness of the Avatar, and the lies the Awakened tell themselves.
So far, she's been able to hang onto herself, which seems to be more than most manage.
