- Civil War : During the Civil War, Craig was a soldier in the 7th Kentucky Infantry, under Colonel Charles Wickliffe, and then Edward Crossland after Wickliffe was mortally wounded at Shiloh. He proved to be a skilled infantrymen, and then an amazing skilled ranger and scout. After being mortally wounded he was Embraced during the Battle of Cold Harbor, where his side lost 7,000 troops.
- Golconda : Since hearing about the fabled harmony from his Sire, Craig has been pursuing stories and teachings of Golconda for over one hundred years.
- Musician : He's a singer and song-writer, and while he never plans to be famous, nor does he want to, his music brings him peace.
- Humanity : He's so in tune with Humanity that many people or Vamps can't even tell he's Kindred.
