| To the human world, Ray is just another Private Eye in prospect. He's a low income slob barely scraping by with his business, but he does have enough of a reputation as a decent detective that he gets enough work to get by. He's known to have friends in the Korean community mostly, which makes sense given his shared office is above a Korean restaurant, Uncle Lo's Pork Palace. Other than that, there's not much to say about him, or a whole lot known about him. He just seems like an average guy that knows a lot of people on the lower income side of town.
To the Garou, however, he is very well known for his deeds, having achieved Athro in rank. Outside of the garou community, however, he is not well known at all. He is secretive, and does not reveal himself to other supernaturals unless he absolutely has to. And those situations in which he does are extremely rare. To non-garou, he's really more commonly believed to be a mortal.

- Uncle Lo's Pork Palace Ray is often found at Uncle Lo's Pork Palace, a Korean BBQ restaraunt.
- Private Eye Ray is a private investigator, and even has an office above Uncle Lo's Pork Palace. Need a case solved? A person found? Ray is your man, or perhaps one of his assistants.
- Barfly Ray is often found drinking in bars. Most commonly, the Dive and also the club Rhapsody.
- Street Ray is quite street savvy. Need street information? A fellow street rat yourself? Ray might know a thing or two about the seedy underbelly of Prospect.

- Manuel - Medium height man of Mexican descent. Dresses like a stereotypical hood from the barrio: Black jean shorts, black sneakers, t-shirt, red flannel style short sleeved overshirt with only the top button done, and a red bandana tied around his shaved head.
