- Small Town — Ricky is from small town Colorado, and he loves being away from it all. He has a 'small town' mentality with some things, and not others. He can get overwhelmed in huge crowds, or in the big city, but part of him also loves that..
- UCP — Ricky got a full-ride scholarship to UCP for football, which he was using as an escape from small-town life. He was a freshman, and just getting going on campus when everything fell apart. He had a lot of friends and was already quite popular. Most people think he had a breakdown and dropped out, before becoming homeless.
- Herd — Ricky has a willing herd. 20+ people, in fact! Some are college students who know what he is and who keep their traps shut, while others are homeless youths like himself. He treats them all very well.
- Thin-Blood — He remembers his Sire vaguely. She looked his age, and she was stunning. He has memories of fishnets, and sex, and waking up starving. She moved on without giving him an explanation...and he was left Kindred. His blood is so, so thin, however, that he is barely a vampire. Sunlight only does lethal damage, for one. He has an easier time staying up during daylight, he can eat food, has a pulse, and (Though he doesn't know it) he can even have children. There are, of course, problems...
- Homeless — Ricky lives in the attic of an old movie theater in town, and it is the closest thing he has to a home. The owner is one of his herd, and he is a somewhat fatherly figure to him. He uses beach showers at night, or sometimes has one of his herd was his clothes for him. It is not a perfect life.
- Mentor — Julian Brooks is a local Nosferatu who mostly stays out of politics. However, over months and months he has proven himself to be loyal to the Camarilla and Praxis. He is the one who found Ricky and educated him, and he is the one who presented him. He stays out of the limelight, but he is an NPC Mentor for the kid.
