*The World of Tomorrow!: Billy has discovered the joys of machines, and is determined to master robotic engineering, and one day create a giant stomping robot with LASERS FOR EYES! MUAHAHAHAHA!

*Patriotic: Billy is ridiculously patriotic. He loves 'Murica, he loves Democracy, has a serious bug up his ass about Communism, and is generally pretty pissed off that canines aren't allowed to vote. He also doesn't really understand any of those concepts.

*Alternate Identity 5: Legally, he is William Lyndon Cooper, (DOB July 4th 1995), originally from Washington DC. Honorable discharge from the US Army prior to moving to Prospect.

*ArTEEST!: Billy works at the Black Stag Forge and fancies himself an artist. He's actually not bad, however most of what he makes ends up being dangerous in some way. Sharp edges, pointy bits and so on, it's not that he's trying to murder people with art, it's just...It's way more useful if art is weapons grade. ...In self defense, that is. ...Totally.
