She's taken as many as she could afford and pulled as many favors to bring her entire to family where they could relax, regroup, and consider their next steps. They were contacted by Lucas Campbell who brought them here to Prospect. Rhea's a careful person, and takes her position as matriarch *very* seriously. Her blood alone will not let her do otherwise. She's taken her previously liquidated assets to establish a security company here in the city to ensure her family's job security and the Garou Nation's solvency should they need something more tangible.
