- Born On The Road - His parents were members of an MC based out in the South East of the United States. He was born in the back room of a roadhouse, and it kind of colored his entire life. Whatever name his parents gave him, he doesn't use it.
- The Road - He's spent his entire life on the road. Whether crashing in cheap motels with his parents, on the side of the road, or in the bunkrooms of MC bars. He's never had a settled home, and truth be told he can't imagine having one.
- Change - Vandal went through his Change at thirteen. Both of his parents were Kin, but apparently his dad, the founder of the Howling Skull MC, was full-on Garou. His mom knew all about his Gnawer heritage, and she trained him up real good.
- Education - He's never spent a day in school, but he knows a thing or two. For one, he's an avid reader. He can quote his favorites with ease : Kerouac, Ginsberg, Cunningham, Cage, etcetera. He missed the Beat Generation by a few decades, and he's pretty sore about it.
- Road Warden - Vandal's a member of the Road Warden camp. He spends his life on the road. He protects travelers, lends aid where and when he feels like it, and lets nothing hold him down.
- Bike - He owns a few sets of clothes, a couple dog-eared books, and his bike. A 1970 Harley Davidson. He may be unwashed, but he cleans that bastard daily. Her name is 'Claudia', and he loves her so.
