Stone is the typical case of a child  born into wealth, and rejecting it all. At age 17 he decided to throw away the future his parents had built for him, leaving their home, the private school they had enrolled him in and the brand new Mercedes they purchased for him right in the driveway without once looking back. He drifted from town to town until settling in Vegas for about ten years, doing whatever he thought would make him a quick buck and get him enough money to rent a motel room for a night and put food in his stomach before continuing the cycle of survival the next morning. Hopes of a better future have brought him to Prospect, wanting to leave the life of crime and hustle behind him and prove to himself and to his family that he is capable of surviving without them and being a legitimate breadwinner.
