Tribal Holdings
While not exactly a territorial holding, the Silent Striders have a vast network both within and without the city of Prospect. Spear-headed by Vesta, any Garou or Kin in Prospect who's in need has access to forged legal documents, homes to use, money to stock a fridge, and other such needful things.
