Dagny seems to have chosen to get on with things. Get of Fenris: Dagny comes from a proud lineage of survivors---people who lived in the coldest wastes of the world and thrived, but also people born of the garou who believe themselves to be the epitome of pure blood. Proud, domineering garou give rise to a certain sort of kinfolk, and her raising has contributed to her demeanor---a demeanor of stubborn acceptance of fate and a preoccupation with honor. Disfigured: Dagny's face is half in ruin; The right side of her face has been scarred, and healed over, but it has ruined her symmetry and made her ugly. The scarring is hard to look at, and though she is able to live her life and have a job, the disfigurement is bad enough that she gets double-takes on the street and people sometimes recoil in horror. K-9 Patrol: In her old life, Dagny was a kennel-master. She was responsible for training the dogs---whether they were meant to be hunting hounds or dogs responsible for sniffing out bombs, or simply animals that didn't ruin their masters' carpets. Now she's associated herself with the Prospect Police Department, and concentrates almost solely on dogs that work to apprehend criminals. Dogs don't recoil from her in horror, after all. Rifleman: Dagny has always excelled at the use and care of firearms. She's good with a gun and better with a rifle---the kind of marksman that could have gone pro, or at least won some obscure awards for shooting bottles off of someone's head. Something weird like that. Survival of the fittest: Dagny knows her way around the woods. She knows her way around bush craft and could probably survive out there indefinitely if she actually had to for some reason. She knows her way around a knife, she knows her way around a fish, she can find clean water and build shelter, and if you're willing to live a spartan life, what else do you need? [ edit ]
