The Institute provides instruction in several styles of Tai Chi, including, Yang, Chen, and Wu styles, for health, wellness, and self-defense. Experienced educators dedicated to preserving Chinese martial arts will lead you in lessons that emphasize balance, breathing, and inner stillness through slow, deliberate movements used to cultivate mindfulness and health for hundreds of years. Supporting and being supported by the Tai Chi curriculum, training in traditional martial arts such as Hung Gar, Wing Chun, and Northern Shaolin Kung Fu are included to offer a complete practice for body and mind, blending internal and external martial arts for a lifetime of improvement.
