Carys was born and raised in Wales. When she was 12, her family moved to a small town on the outskirts of Denver, Colorado. It was there that she found a love for hiking, and later rock climbing. She met up with some others there, and found out about a local training gym when she was 16. Because of her looks and strength, she was offered some small modeling jobs for sports stores and sports magazines. When she turned 20, she decided to travel to California, and landed in Prospect while she prepares to compete on American Ninja Warrior and hopefully get some more high profile sports wear modeling jobs once she gets on tv.
