Mr. Gaunt purchased Hill House, a large estate north of the city in the forested region of Fern Valley within the Fief of Idylwild, with the permission of Her Grace, Katharina of Clan Toreador.

The Midnight Garden

Construction was completed on a rooftop rose garden atop the Millstone Building near downtown. The space, above the Millstone Loft apartments, was converted into a private garden housing rare Amethyst roses and several Greek-inspired statues.

The Bright Future Foundation

Mr. Gaunt formed the Bright Future Foundation as a bureaucratic front intended to improve the health of the clan’s primary feeding stock—the homeless population. It later expanded into a broader philanthropic effort supporting impoverished communities to better serve the clan’s interests.
