Deil is a criminal. He's known as Deil among the Cajuns. He is known as Lester among the Crips. Those who have crossed him have seen him as the Burning Man. He has affiliations with Los Cruzadoros, a Mexican drug cartel shipping marijuana, ecstacy, cocain, heroin and people across the border. Deil was a mule for them for quite some time but nowadays he is running the local content. If you are interested in either interacting with Deil either as an antagonist or an active part of this supply chain, I'll be happy to run a scene of that nature.
