You don't know much about their hierarchy, or if they have any kind of leadership. But they certainly seem to be taking orders from somebody. Streetwise 5: It's not a myth anymore. Almost all of the cartel presence in Chula Vista has been pushed out by the O'shannon family of the Irish mob, and that family is headed up by Lyra herself. She's been exceptionally visible to people at this level of knowing, likely to make some kind of point. But recently, word of her has vanished from the street. Nobody talks about her... And if they do, it's either out of fear, or an expression of lack of knowledge as to her whereabouts. Nobody knows where she went. Chula Vista: Once the de facto queen of the city, Lyra has left Chula Vista behind. As a result, plants and trees in the Lakes district are beginning to die, no magick or chantry left to sustain the fantastical world the district had become. Alignment: Long story short: Lyra is not a good person! Keep this in mind! Legitimate Business: Lyra was once the owner of the Lady of the Lakes pub in Chula Vista, since handing over ownership of the establishment to her young daughter after the move. She also still has half share in the Lucky Shamrock card room, having left the place to the local head of the O'shannon family, Elise. Former Traditions: Lyra was formerly a member of the Prospect Traditions but has since, in a clandestine meeting, declared her intentions never to return to the fold. Her differences with the Traditions mages over the years had finally reached their breaking point, and that was all she could tolerate. Can she be convinced to return? Never. She is, ostensibly, still friendly with the Traditions- yet never these days shows up in their spaces. No TS if it's pointless. Also, this character can be Not Nice™ as mentioned earlier!
