Under Kinfolk and Clutch, 'choosing a mate' can probably be deleted, as monogamous is an actual flaw for the Mokole. (Breeding still important obviously)
Also, a special note should be made for Métis. as Mokole Métis are vengeful spirit things that try to kill Mokole that enter the Umbra. (Double the penalty for Garou that jump other Garou seems appropriate.)
