	Like children first discovering a lighter some of them are with their magics and powers. Ah but the promise they hold.. if properly guided and tapped.
	It greatly depends on the vampire now doesn't it.
	They are much like people. Each different and capable of unspeakable horrors or great acts.		Of course they exist.
	Oh how you sparkle.. but did we actually make you?
