Character Description
|
Standing tall at six foot one inch, this mature woman naturally possesses European features with an hourglass figure on the lean side, along with an upstanding posture whenever possible. Sable hair (amidst which cloudy white and oxford grey are sparsely intermixed) exquisitely frames her auburn eyes, pale countenance, and high cheekbones. Such strands flow down around her square shoulders, doing so with a luxurious volume until finally ceasing at the same level as her proportionate bustline.
From berry sources, crimson pigment darkens up her plush lips. Meanwhile, a tarnished set of silver earrings with intaglio detailing, Victorian style, with a tiny ruby dangling down in teardrop form from each one as well as a matching necklace with a larger ruby dangling down in teardrop form, too, are the only adornments about her fair face. The jewelry set comes complete with a matching ring of tarnished silver with a polished ruby as a round cabochon.
Then, a cameo brooch with a silver backing brings together both side panels on a crocheted shawl which covers up her square shoulders in a visual transition of oxford grey here between her pale complexion above and black dress below (with its corset-style bodice, Gothic lace, and cancan-style skirting). Then, grey stalkings are briefly seen, not long before her black knee-high leather stilleto boots. A functional umbrella with lacy trim is the final prop for the whole ensemble which mixes together Gothic attire with Victorian jewelry.

- New Arrival : There may bee far too many jokes about her 'Sean-Connery voice', but... Belinda actually hails from the Lowlands -- not the Highlands -- of Scotland (specifically Edinburgh).
- Gothic/Victorian Themes : She is quite taken with Gothic themes (not only from Gothic Art but also Gothic Fashion, which are two completely unrelated concepts), and her expansive knowledge of the 19th century can be quite impressive, indeed!
- Street People (Fame 1 + Influence 5 + Sanctity 2) : Wherever gang members, homeless people, security guards, sexy prostitutes, shadow lurkers, sidewalk junkies, street gypsies/rats, and so many more are: they all seem to somehow know this Scottish woman with the Gothic look, Victorian jewelry, and intricate tattoos (under her grey/crocheted shawl). Nobody really messes with her (at the street level), and -- strangely enough -- it certainly seems to be a respectful interplay.
- Socially Comfortable : Unlike her beloved husband, Belinda rarely blushes and even acts a bit untoward at unexpected times, just when you might have almost believed her to be a more well mannered sort (after extended visitation with her formal decorum). When in mixed company, she randomly teases Maxwell with lewd euphemisms (to hopefully color his adorable cheeks).
