Basics

  • Crime pays - sometimes: Being a registered felon means that regular jobs are hard to come by and sometimes that requires him to work outside the law. Hey, whatever it takes.
    • Felon: He's done time in South Carolina. He won't say how long or for what.
  • It's Vegas Baby: Word has it that he used to be a problem solver for some of the small families / organizations in Vegas.
    • Hitter: The family he worked for needed muscle and he was able to get it done in a way that left no evidence.
  • Street: Dawson is a known biker - he's even got a garage where he services and repairs bikes.
    • Gang: He's wearing the colors of a gang but who knows what gang that would be - maybe some local chapter out of wherever it was that he came from.
  • Influence: Street (2): He's got an open an ear for the word on the street and can identify most gangs and knows their turfs and habits. He can live mostly without fear on the underside of society and has access small-time contraband.
  • Bikes:
    • Mechanic: One of the few jobs that he's ever been able to hold down is that of a bike mechanic.
  • Occult:
    • Gritty: His magic ain't pretty. It's no-frills, get the job done, make it work kind of magic.

Goals

  • Find a Castle: The saying goes that a man's home is his castle. Well, one of Dawson's goals is to finally settle down somewhere so that he can have such a place. Somewhere that he can call his own and can do whatever he wants in it. In this town it'll probably be his garage.
  • Find a Crew: You can't watch your own back for long - at least not well, so he needs to find people who are willing to watch his back if he watches theirs. It could be three people working at the shop or a dozen who ride with him around the city as he tries to steak out a claim - either way he's tired of fighting this war on his own.
  • Find the Cash: All the wants in the world don't mean squat if you ain't got the cash to make them happen. He's put almost all of his money into the garage and that's a start but he knows that he'll need to find some way to get the money he needs to live life a bit more comfortably.
