Kaydin is an Albino homeless bum. Literally, he is homeless and poor and such. He just happens to make it look good.
For those with the connections, Kaydin is a Garou, Metis from the Bone Gnawer tribe, born under the full moon. He tries to help out any who need help. He also flirts all the time with women.
