What would the Traditions know:

Luke Whateley is one of the Sons of Ether. He is recently moved to the City. He has set up shop in a small house with a large workshop in the hills just outside of town. A place for the rich and secluded.

What would the Sleepers know:

He's just some dry Physicist that works for a company where he creates mathematical and theoretical constructs. Also, he likes steam and boilers.
