Intro

“Fame” by David Bowie hits the arena as the newest chapter of LONE kicks off from sunny California as Jack E. Bux slowly emerges from the curtain to a packed house. Bux takes a moment to soak it all in as she looked out to the crowd and nodded as they let their voices be heard.

Baxter: Ladies and gentlemen please welcome at this time, the owner of LONE... Jack E. Bux!

Bux slaps a bunch of fans hands as he makes his way to the ring and takes his time to walk around the ring to interact with as many fans as he could. He even stopped to take a few selfies with fans before he walked up the ringsteps and stepped into the ring as Baxter handed off a microphone and let the Boss have the ring to himself.

Bux: California! How are we tonight?!

He holds the mic out to the crowd to catch their reaction.

Bux: Four years ago in a little state called Maine I came up with a project for a new women's wrestling promotion based in New England. It was my second attempt to take a step into the wrestling world as a promoter as I once had a DC project that never fully quite got off the ground. I had some good friends around me that helped me scout both emerging talent and hidden gems that had yet to really have the full power of a wrestling machine behind them to really showcase their talent. People like my good friend Kevin North who handles play by play, people like Steven O'Reilly, a man who's competed around the world in martial arts tournaments while wrestling in Japan and has took his experience to the front office to act as a liaison to talent. To people like Linda Edwards who in my honest opinion is one of the best interviewers in the game today and to people who came on later like LONE Executive Vice President and 3-time World Heavyweight Champion Frank Washington who can put on any hat you give him, inside the ring or out and he does nothing but excel at it! From the very beginning LONE has been a group effort from the top down that was only made possible by everyone coming together. So to everyone that is with us now, anyone who has ever worked with LONE in the past, to all the fans be it new or those that have been with us from the very beginning I would like to say THANK YOU! You have made all of this possible and it is because of each and every one of you that we will continue to go strong for many years to come!

Bux pauses for a moment as the fans cheer. He holds up the microphone in the air to try to amplify their voices as he holds it outstretch and takes a lap in the ring before resuming.

Bux: But when my friend and business partner in the Prospect Wrestling Network, Isaac Cornelius The Third,... blindsided me with the announcement that the last LONE show would be the final one to take place in the New England area... that put me in a dilemma. LONE – Ladies of New England; how could we be the Ladies of New England if we were no longer based in New England? Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful that Isaac is giving us an even bigger platform than before to continue to grow as a company but I wasn't really prepared to leave New England behind quite yet and relocate across the country. At the same time though; I couldn't deny some of the things he said. We brought a lot to Maine, a lot of jobs and a lot of economic activity and revenue and yet the local government either never wanted to work with us or made our job harder. At the end of the day I have to think of the men and women of LONE, from everyone at the top down to the bottom. The city of Prospect and the surrounding community has been nothing but supportive of us moving into town and while I will always love our fans from New England... in the end it had to be done. We need to grow and the Golden State is the place to do it.

So now the elephant in the room, how do we change our name and to what? Do we just retain the acronym but have the letters stand for nothing other than a legacy of the past? Do we do a radical 180 and adopt an entirely new brand name? Or do we nod to the past while looking towards the future? After thinking about this long and hard it was an easy decision to come to. We will still be LONE but no longer will we be the Ladies of New England or married to one specific region; from now on LONE will stand for Ladies of a New Era! We will respect the past, we will remember everything that got us to this point but from this day onward? We're moving forward! We're moving forward with the Queen of the Castle semi-final and final tonight, where one of three women will win a crown that they can exchange at any point within the next 12 months for a LONE Championship match as Rook and Violent Violet fight for the right to face Cinnamon in the finals! In tonight's main event we will have a LONE Original, the first ever and current reigning and defending 3-time LONE Champion Terri Thompson take on one of Prospect Wrestling Network's fastest rising stars, the 2020 Prospect Classic Cup winner Emily Emmett representing our sister promotion in Japan; SAKURA PRO! Who will walk away as the LONE Champion tonight, and could we see the title change hands twice in the same night?

We are LONE, welcome to LONE Supremacy! I hope you all enjoy tonight's show!

The feed at home cuts to the commentary team seated by the stage.

Kevin North: HELLO EVERYONE and WELCOME to SUPREMACY: LONE 36 - Queen of the Castle night 3! I'm Kevin North alongside my broadcast partner, Frank Washington!

Frank salutes the camera.

Kevin North: Normally, I would be joined by Dexter Irving Cornelius, aka DIC, but he is STILL sitting out due to protest of "Gutter Trash" Terri Thompson's championship reign, which is a shame as this is our first show in his home state of California!

Frank Washington: A shame indeed, but I certainly don't mind filling in! This atmosphere... Man... There's nothing like it!

Kevin North: We know you've all been waiting for a long time, so we're going to get straight to the action! Rook battles one half of the tag team Spice & Ice, in Violent Violet. If she wins, she goes to the finals to battle the other half, Cinnamon. If Violent Violet wins, we are GUARANTEED that the tag team of Spice & Ice will receive the crown. Once you receive the crown, you have 1 year to do something called "relinquish the crown" where you can fight for the LONE Championship whenever you relinquish the crown! Let's take us down to ringside right now!

Rook vs. Violent Violet

Kernkraft 400's "Zombie Nation (Original Version)" starts up. Rook steps out from behind the curtain, standing on stage and lowering her glasses some as she looks out over the crowd. She takes a few steps before taking her glasses off and tossing them out towards whichever lucky fan will catch them, before retrieving another pair and sliding them on.

As Rook starts to slap hands with some fans down the aisle, Violent Violet comes running out from the back, grabs Rook from behind and chucks her into the barricade!

North: Violent Violet is wasting no time getting this semi-final match to a hot start! Or at least that would be the case if she weren't jumping her from behind before the bell!

Washington: I mean when you saw Rook beat The Glorious One last month in that famous upset you know Violet is trying to get every single advantage she can!

Violet keeps violently stopping away at Rook on the ground as they're outside the ring. Violet goes down to yank Rook up by her hair but Rook takes this opportunity to wrap her arms around her and ram her into the ring post, forcing her to let go! Rook wastes no time trying to take advantage of the situation she was thrust in as she grabs Violet by the arm and begins to slam it repeatedly into the ring post before yanking back roughly like she was pulling the cord on a lawnmower to start it up, sending her body colliding violently against the steel!

North: Speaking of that Frank, you're absolutely right. The Glorious One isn't an easy obstacle to overcome, she was LONE Champion for quite a while for a very good reason. Even now she's quickly adapting to the situation at hand, she's grown so much already in her career!

Washington: Absolutely! She's matching Violet's aggression with her own, she's not allowing Violet to dictate the pace! I've trained a world champion or two back in my day and some people just have IT. Rook, mark my words, has IT! This could be her night!

The referee urges both women to get into the ring but neither seem to be willing to listen at the moment as Rook fishes out a kendo stick from under the ring!

North: Normally this would be illegal as hell during a match but this is all before the bell. It's technically as legal as a headlock because the rules, for better or worse don't apply before the bell.

Washington: It may be against the spirit of the rules but turnabout is fair play! Violet started this by ambushing Rook during her entrance, why shouldn't she take advantage of the environment she was thrust in? They're fighting for a chance to be Queen of the Castle!

Rook swings the kendo stick wildly and just barely misses Violet's neck as it clangs against the steel. Violet looks spooked for a brief second before flashing a sick and twisted grin as she's quick to wrap her arms around Rook as she gets ready to swing a second time, giving her zero range to do so! With Violet clinging onto Rook she begins to headbutt her repeatedly and Rook has no choice but to endure the onslaught! Rook begins to quickly look dazed by the onslaught but she manages to run and slam their bodies into the fan barricade, making Violet lose her grip just enough for Rook to fall from her grasp. Violet tries to regain her footing but Rook cuts her down, grabbing ahold of her leg and begins to lock her into her deadly heelhook!

North: still this match has yet to officially begin but that's not stopping Rook for going after that devastating heel hook!

Washington: That's the same move that defeated The Glorious One! Even if it won't directly effect the outcome of the match on the outside before the bell, she's going to be carrying that with her whenever the bell finally rings. This isn't the first time things have devolved into total chaos and anarchy either before a match with Violent Violet!

North: I remember, didn't this happen when Spice and Ice faced The Gucci Gals last year?

Washington: You're absolutely correct! You know somewhere in his office in San Francisco IC3 has got to be watching this with a smile!

North: He better not be smiling too wide now, there were quite a few incidents like this before at the Golden Gate Arena that spiraled a little too out of control!

Violet screams in pain as she's trapped in the hold as she begins to reach out for something, anything that would lead her to salvation while Rook grabs a hold of a bar on the barricade to try to impede Violet's path forward! Violet grits her teeth as she realizes Rook is fighting her fire with fire of her own and screams in pain as she struggles to escape the same hold that defeated a legend like The Glorious One last month.

North: As much as I'm sure our fans are enjoying this wild start you have to wonder what might happen if this match never officially begins. Would that mean Cinnamon is once again left without an opponent and becomes Queen of the Castle by default?

Washington: With having wrestled only a single match the entire tournament? Not only would that be a record that would never be broken but that might be the plan all along. I mean think, Cinnamon has a bye straight to the finals because neither Ashley Lopez or Hannah Kix won; the match resolved without a winner. You got to win to advance in Queen of the Castle, anything short means both women in question are eliminated. It is literally win or go home. We know Spice and Ice have a long standing partnership; maybe there's something sinister in play here.

North: Violet loves violence and Cinnamon is very shrewd; you might be onto something here.

Violet desperately reaches outward and her fingertips finally touch the handle of the kendo stick! She manages to roll it into her grasp and she begins to swing and bat at Rook repeatedly until she's forced to let go! Violet puts some separation between the two of them as she uses the kendo stick as a cane to prop herself up, walking with a noticeable limp. She takes the time to slam the kendo stick into Rook's body several times before yank her up by the hair and rolling her into the ring, just barely before sliding in herself.

DING DING

North: NOW this is official!

Washington: And Violet was the last one to take advantage of the rules free environment. She's definitely hurting, and either woman is going to be in bad shape for the finals. No way around that. But as far as this match is concerned, Violent Violet is currently in the drivers seat!

North: And the winner won't have any time to recover either, they're face Cinnamon immediately following this match!

Violet immediately with her boot kicks Rook back out of the ring to the outside with the aid of the ropes! Violet immediately drops the kendo stick now as she holds up her hands defensively and holds onto the top rope for leverage instructing the referee to start counting!

The referee grits his teeth knowing it's the proper procedure but knows that he's being instructed to after all the illegality before the bell. Nonetheless he really has no choice but to begin the count anyway.

3!

Rook could've been further along towards being counted out if Violet didn't accidentally buy her a few more seconds of time arguing with the referee. Rook however appears to be far from out of this as she begins to pick herself back up.

5!

6!

Rook gets to a knee.

7!

Rook is up!

8!

Rook slides back into the ring only to be immediately met by a vicious barrage of stomping by Violet! The referee immediately calls for a clean break as Violet uses the ropes as leverage to keep stomping.

3!

4!

The referee inserts himself in between Rook and Violet and Violet is angry! Violet shoves the referee who immediately threatens to disqualify her. Violet gets in the referee's face and dares him to do it, poking her finger sharply into his chest! The referee appears to be ready to do exactly that but Rook pulls herself up and hits Violet with a precision chop block right to the leg she worked on earlier on the outside! The referee jumps back as Rook locks in the heel hook once more and shifts gears to checking if Violet wants to tap out!

North: Rook with the heel hook for the second time!

Washington: And this time it counts! If Violet can't get to the ropes in a hurry Rook is going straight to the finals!

Violet's eyes nearly bulge out of her head as she scrambles and scratches and claws for the ropes! Violet appears close to tapping out having been trapped for a second time but at the last possible second she manages to grab ahold of the bottom rope! The referee immediately calls for a clean break!

3!

Rook lets go at the count of three as the referee taps her on the shoulder to bring that fact to her awareness and she complies. Violet is holding her leg on the ground as Rook pulls her towards the center of the ring and tries to lock her in it again!

North: She's going for it again! Rook is relentless!

Violet pushes her away with her free leg and turns over on her stomach as she appears to reach into her tights. Rook quickly regains her footing and tries to pick Violet up off the at only for Violet to ram her fist into her stomach, dropping her instantly! The light catches something metallic on her hand as it flashes at just the right angle.

North: Wait a second... is that what I think it is?

Washington: Looks like a pair of brass knuckles!

North: Violent Violet knows she's beat, she knows Rook has her but she's going to sour the victory!

The referee catches this as well and before Violet could hide it catches her red handed with the foreign object! The referee immediately calls for the bell and disqualifies her!

DING DING DING DING DING DING

At this point, Violent Violet decides to drop the act and just dogpiles on top of Rook, nailing her repeatedly with the brass knuckles over her torso, shoulders and a hit or two to the face for good measure! The referee pries Violet off or Rook forcefully and yells at her to stand back as he goes to check on Rook who is suddenly in pretty bad shape.'

Baxter: Here is your winner as a result of a disqualification... Rook!

North: Rook was well en route to victory but now Violet won't stop!

Previous Match Winner vs Cinnamon

Violet considers going back in to pile in but she decides to hold back as she hears Cinnamon Girl by Neil Young begin to play; as Cinnamon is already taking a victory lap to the ring!

Washington: I knew it! This was the plan all along! There's no other rhyme or reason for this! From the ambush on the ramp, to the brass knuckles, all Violet intended to do the entire time was make sure Rook was left in as bad of shape as possible!
