Introduction
The Loner
How this young Talon came to live near Enduring Spirit's bawn is anyone's guess, and not much is known about her, besides. What is known is that she has carved out territory for a pack of wolves, all kin, all pure bred, and she does not tolerate trespassers. As for her life prior to her arrival, she isn't accustomed to talking about it, much less in any amount of detail.
Nonetheless, she is thought to be a talented Theurge, more than ready to learn and grow as a Garou, now that she's performed her duties as a mother. Intelligent and inventive, if having fallen behind a bit on her training due to said duties, she shows promise. However - as with a number of Talons - she cleaves almost entirely to her wolf nature, which means her innate ability to see signs and portents for what they are is often lost in translation when dealing with homids, though it's highly doubtful that she views this as a drawback.

Not The Exception
Red Talons on social games are often played as 'the exception to the rule.' Blacktail is not one of those Talons. Though her curiosity makes her willing to at least speak to Homids (and sometimes, but not often, their human kinfolk), curiosity doesn't always mean 'friendly.' That said, she is smart enough not to stick her nose into scenes where she might generate conflict. She is the odd one out in this sept, and she knows it-- but if she's poked or prodded, especially where it comes to her territory, she will go out of her way to make sure other people know it, too.
Rage
Rage relative to Willpower is played appropriately. The point count is not just there for show, or to boost combat stats, and she's not accustomed to holding back on instinctual anger if she feels as though she's been crossed. That anger is just an innate part of who she is, which she's come to accept-- even if it makes dealing with her family a somewhat painful process in and of itself, regardless of whether or not some of them are able to tolerate her better than others.

Hooks
Lupus?
Blacktail is quicker to speak to Lupus Garou, but - fair warning - tends to be more damning of them than most if they've taken on more Homid traits than she deems 'appropriate.'
Oracle
Does your plot require someone who can see into the murky and metaphorical depths of an uncertain future? Though she wouldn't be in the starring role of a campaign anytime soon, Blacktail may present an interesting side-adventure opportunity for your players.
What's That You Got There?
The easiest way to get to Blacktail is through her innate curiosity. If it's esoteric enough, she'll set aside what she's doing to start asking questions.
