A scholar of sorts, originally from Louisiana, Lotte was forced to leave the city once conflicts between the Camarilla and Sabbat became too much for any of the unaligned to deal with. 'Get out while the gettin's good,' a friend advised, and a new location was suggested to her; Prospect.
