Cheree/PRP

This is a page designed as a central hub of generally/publicly known information regarding any ongoing PRP run by Cheree's player. It's meant so that people can use it to inform their decisions in the PRP, refresh themselves on past happenings quickly, and pick out threads that they'd like to pursue for investigations. Any questions at all can be directed to Cheree's player in-game!

Ongoing Concerns

What's currently known and/or believed:

• A trio of vampires claiming to know Freeman in some way arrived at La Mesa, seeking protection from infernalists who wish to claim the Tremere antitribu among them.
  • The fledgling Tremere antitribu's sire, "Clifford Diggs," was confirmed dead by Ai.

• An elder Harbinger of Skulls who has aided La Mesa in the past was stricken with a horrible, body-rotting plague, and implied that this was also the work of infernalists.

• The Harbinger of Skulls entrusted La Mesa with a baby Grimaldi revenant.
  • The baby was apparently kidnapped by Anarchs to be sold to a "kine farm."
  • The Harbinger stated that the baby, the "kine farm," and the infernalism are all somehow connected.
  • The Harbinger also issued a vague warning about "Tremere antitribu" and a threat being "closer than La Mesa realizes."

Past Events

4/3/2020

• Cam, Trin, and Rena arrived at La Mesa by crashing their car. They were found by Carys, Madrigal, Alice, and Ciro, and rescued from the wreck.

• Carys granted the three new arrivals sanctuary within La Mesa after Cam claimed they were being hunted by infernalists.

• Cam stated that he was an associated of Daniel Freeman, a former La Mesa Cainite, who had directed him to travel there.

4/6/2020

• Cam, Trin, and Rena presented themselves at Esbat. Ai began watching over Rena.

4/8/2020

• Sacniete, an elder Harbinger of Skulls, arrived at La Mesa, in a truck protected by her ghouls. She was met by Carys, Noa, Angel, Ciro, Ai, and Sinclair.

• Sacniete was afflicted by some form of horrid plague. She entrusted the care of a Grimaldi infant to La Mesa.

• Sacniete mentioned that the infant had been mistakenly kidnapped to be sold to a "kine farm" and that this was in some way connected to "infernalists." She also made vague mention of "Tremere antitribu" and warned that "the threat is closer to you than you realize."

• After being treated for her plague with magical means, Sacniete went into torpor to rest and heal. Her ghouls took her away, and the next day, burned her contaminated haven (the Rivas Meats slaughterhouse) to the ground.
