Dario is the protector of young Emma Giovanni, a girl whose parents were killed in some sort of tragic shooting in Las Vegas. He is, in all ways, her surrogate big brother and guardian, and he dotes on her continually. Legal searches would easily show that he is the executor of her estate until she turns 18. Other than that, little more is known about Dario. He hails from Las Vegas, and is apparently well-trusted by the Giovanni family to care for this important young heiress, a task that he performs consummately.
