Kuei-jin rites in general
- Must have Rituals knowledge at least as high as the rite level. (KotE 126)
- May take one or more rites during character generation, based on Rites background. (KotE 87, 126)
- Casting a rite takes (10 * level) minutes, unless otherwise specified. (KotE 127)
- House rule: Roll to cast a rite successfully is Intelligence + Rituals vs (3 + level), unless otherwise specified. (Based on Thaumaturgy, but replacing Occult with Rituals as KotE emphasizes the latter.)
- +1 difficulty if the rite level exceeds your Dharma rating. (KotE 126)
