Usually, Catalynn is fully clothed. Long sleeved shirts, pants/long skirts/long dresses, gloves, boots, veil, hood, etc. Though she is almost always in very nice custom made clothing, designer attire for sure.

Gangrel Flaw/Gaping Maw: Lamprey Mouth with hundreds of teeth set in a few rows within an extending mouth. Thin lines cross from beneath her ears, to her nose, down her lips, and around her chin. This is where the mouth opens up when she feeds. Otherwise, her mouth functions as normal for talking purposes.
