Your in this pack for only one of three reasons. ~ Reason 1 ~ Your a special and unique snowflake. ~ Reason 2 ~ Your new to the Sabbat and need training how to succeed. ~ Reason 3 ~ Your an absolute fuck up and this is your last chance. The Rules: Sabbat 101 aka Pride ~ Rule 0 ~ If you are special, don't talk about it. ~ Rule 1 ~ Pick a musical instrument and learn how to play it. (Raise Performance to 1 or 2.) ~ Rule 2 ~ Pick a academic study and get an advanced degree. (Raise Academics or Specific Knowledge to 3.) ~ Rule 3 ~ You are the Ductus, the burden of leadership is your responsibility. (Raise Leadership to 3.) ~ Rule 4 ~ You are the Priest, the conducting of rituals is your responsibility. (Raise Rituals-Backgrounds to 3.) ~ Rule 5 ~ Invest in your city, invest in your sect, pick an influence and command it. (Tell me what influence your working on and pursue it.) ~ Rule 6 ~ Learn to speak without speaking. Silence is deafening. (Raise Linguistics and learn Sabbat Sign. It's a language you can learn.) ~ Rule 7 ~ Master your mind, control theirs. Control your emotions, master theirs. (Raise Dominate and/or Presence, either or both to 3.) ~ Rule 8 ~ Listen to the street, the city talks. (Raise Streetwise to 2 or 3.) ~ Rule 9 ~ Do not ghoul, do not embrace. (You are not ready.) ~ Rule 10 ~ Graduate or die. (You may leave and graduate from Lescrowe at any time, however it is expected that you should not leave until you have raised the above stats to said levels. At which point, you should be well on your way to forming your own pack and leading either as Ductus or Pack Priest. However if you stay, you will graduate to class 201 aka Envy, 301 aka Greed, etc etc.) (Some of those stats like Performance/Academics/Leadership are they really necessary? --- In my opinion, Yes and No. Characters evolve, change, learn. By picking up stats like performance or academics. It leads you to RP opportunities where you can meet and greet new characters, gain xp, forge friendships. Yeah, I'm forcing your little loner vampire, coffin potato PC off his or her ass. But who knows, what if playing in Maple Park, on your guitar you meet a ghost or whatever and that becomes a lifelong friend. Or doing homework at the college campus you meet a cute nerdy fae willing to help you out. Think outside the box. If you want to join a COMBAT pack, your looking in the wrong direction.
