Seelie: Yes he is in fact one of those rare Seelie Redcaps. That doesn't mean he's all manners and smiles just that he has better self control then the average Redcap and the desire to keep it that way.
Crime: He's been known to help himself to some things that haven't been nailed down before. Though he tends to work are muscle for hire.
