Streetwise 3: You think you've heard about a super hot white haired dealer around. Nobody's ever seen her though- and most of your people think it's just wishful thinking.

Streetwise 5: You've heard talk on the street there's a new game in town. Specifically, in Chula Vista. A silver haired, silver eyed woman named Lyra Grey came out of nowhere and brought the Irish mob up with her. It's been a rapid growth- and there's talk that they've been ousting the cartel from the city everywhere that they can. Some even say she's there personally. But still... It sounds like myth stuff. Legitimate Business: Lyra is the owner of the Lady of the Lakes in Chula Vista. An upscale Celtic pub in the Lakes district.

Strict Paradigm: I do not practice or condone purple paradigm approaches to Mage. I hold myself to strict guidelines, and certain things are out of the bounds of said paradigm. I will not magic away all problems, because I am not able to. Not always. Herbs and reagents are necessary, and galdr can only accomplish so much. Worry not for 'lolfixing' from me. THIS DOES NOT MEAN: That Lyra will not have daily preparations, or prepare for a situation she expects may be dangerous. Lyra has been through a great deal of shit and KNOWS a great deal of shit. Of course she's going to take precautions. What this DOES mean is: Conflict will not be whisked away with a magic wand. Mage is still Mage. Lyra's paradigm is Celtic Traditional Witchcraft, in the style of Arthurian Legends and Celtic myth. The voice can manifest quick effects, as can gesture and will. Extended ritual is required for more involved, or impressive effects. Typically herbal mixtures, or ritualistic traditions.
