Tijuana has lapsed in Sabbat control, allowing "Kindred" to take footholds in the city. The Black Sun Pack has made it their mandate to cleanse Tijuana of those not of the Sword and put Tijuana back in the fangs of it's rightful lords and ladies. This is their story.
