Registration:
When signing in at the registration desk, identification will be asked for and checked through a computer system in front of the receptionist. Those who lack any personal identification, have a criminal record for violent crimes, are wanted by Police, or have a registered mental disorder that would affect their judgement, will be gently turned away with an explanation as to the reason why. Customers are asked not to be offended if refused, the range operates under city and federal laws and has no say in the matter.

If the check is clear, the customer details can be stored on the range's personal database and the customer becomes a member, complete with a fancy membership card! There are no fees, but they will be cleared from the system after 2 months if they haven't returned in that time and will have the check performed again.

Occasional checks are made on existing members, usually a couple of times a month. The background check receives an almost instant result so there's very little waiting around. A quick check and you're through!

Streetwise: It's been mentioned on the streets that Kristen can skip the checks for 'special customers' and allow them access to the range. Speak to her if you think you're 'special'.
