Put that file there, and when you boot up potato mush you should see WoD Mush (I know not very imaginative on my part). That has spawns for OOC, pub, deb, new, rules, pages, misc, and leaves the main window mostly clear for just gaming.

Potato Mush Spawns work a bit like tabbed browsing. People seem not to use this feature, which is fine, your mileage may vary. But as someone on the spectrum, I have found it basically invaluable. In order to set up spawns, you go to Options -> Configure Events. What you call the event is largely irrelevent, I use the text that the Event tests for as the name of the event in almost all cases.

So, if you want a spawn for all OOC chatter, the form is <OOC>*
