Sand and Ash follows the wisdom of Spotted-Horse and the prophetic visions of Alzbeta the Hafiza.
Despite what some might assume with two Malkavians at the helm, this pack is surprisingly stable.
The sect politics of pack members range from Status Quo to Ultra-Conservative to Orthodoxy, making this pack strongly dedicated to the Sword of Caine, and the strength of it's secular and ecclesiastical leadership.
