The Cajuns were formed in 2014 or so. Most of the core members are refugees from Hurricane Katrina that never returned to Louisiana. They aren't swamprats for the most part, but inner city kids with gang histories. Since forming the Cajuns they've recruited a number of local youths to their cause. Their symbol is a green fleur de lis on a black background.
The Cubans are doing what Cuban gangs have done in Florida and over most of the area around the Gulf of Mexico. Drugs mostly, with some gun running on the side.
