Gang Activity : Shelby keeps tabs on it in the city, and can/will more often than not try to be involved. C'mon, arson and vandalism's fun once you catch on to the basics!

Penchant for Crime : There happens to be a couple of warrants out for a girl around 5 feet tall, with short blonde hair and tanned skin. Theft, 'B n E', vandalism, suspected gang affiliation.
