I will never seek PK as a source of amusement and it will always be a last resort. Players of any risk-level are safe to interact with Toby as long as their characters are chill. I of course will not overlook the ICA=ICC of any situation, but social RP should always be safe option. In other words, if you want to play, I will always happily accept. It doesn't have to get stabbitystabbity.
