A Note From The Player
Toby can be a monster but the player is not. I will never seek PK as a source of amusement and it will always be a last resort. Players who have low risk are safe to interact with Toby as long as their characters are chill. I of course will not overlook the ICA=ICC of any situation, but social RP is always safe.
In other words,if you want to play, I will always happily accept. It doesn't have to get stabbitystabbity.
