These are the laws of the Barony of Starlit Caverns. These laws are widely and publicly available to all who enter the Barony. As a Court in good standing, these laws are in addition to the Escheat and are not meant to replace any piece thereof.

1. Hospitality
Any Kithain and Kinain are welcome within the Barony so long as they maintain good standing and lawful behavior. To gain the proper hospitality of the Freehold, one need only to make themselves, their reputation, and their intentions known to the Baron or the Lord Steward.

2. Security
In addition to the standard expectation of maintaining the safety of the Dreaming and its people, those present within this Barony are expected to take reasonable precaution to ensure their own safety and those they claim responsibility for. To this effect, none shall be permitted entrance to the extended caverns without the permission of the Baron. In addition, the chambers of the lower level of the Emerald Spire are restricted from public use.

3. The Enchanted
So long as they bring no danger upon the Dreaming, the Enchanted are permitted to be brought into the Barony. They must be escorted by one of the Kithain or an acknowledged Kinain at all times. The Baron reserves the right to revoke invitation to Enchanted individuals on a case by case basis. Those escorting the Enchanted take responsibility for the actions and safety while they are within this Barony.

4. Property
The relics of the Freehold and the dross that it produces are property of the Baron exclusively. Taking any such without express permission will be treated as theft. The property of individuals is to remain in their possession - Removal of any property from its rightful owner's permission shall be treated as theft.

5. Secrets
Not all who walk in these caverns may wish to share details of themselves with all who enter. None shall force information from another denizen of this place without the express instruction of the Baron. Information is only required to be presented to the Baron, or provided the Captain of the Guard as it pertains to their defense of this holding.

6. Respect
All present in this Freehold are deserving of respect. Appropriate Titles should, of course, be given their due - So too should those of common standing be treated fairly. Those who cannot treat others with respect will be asked to leave, and those who conflate respect with obedience will be treated the same. Undue application of Arts or other magics against others will be treated as assault, such force is unnecessary save for self defense. If there any questions regarding respect and decorum, lessons and documents are available for those who seek them.
