• High Society: He's a rich kid. If you've got money, it's possible you and this fella frequent the same kinds of places. He'll also sometimes act as a surrogate for his father at local functions.

• Terrible Hipster: He's going to be frequently hanging around high class restaurants and shopping, or low class trendy places. Feel free to run into him there.

• Garou: Oh shit, turns out he's a werewolf. Ain't that something. Charlie takes an active interest in his Glasswalker tribesmen and kinfolk. He seems to find the other tribes amusing at the very least, and spends some time lurking around the local Caern.

• Lets Get In Trouble: Charlie is still in that stage of his life where he thinks he's invincible. Let's do something dangerous.
