• New World Order - Yes he is one of them. Worse still he is neither a black nor a gray suit. Garret is one of the few White Suits one of those that police the Union itself. • Psychology - He is trained in the science of it to do evaluations of Agents and other personal to see if they need to be sent in for a further work up. He knows not only it but has been trained in Parapsychology as well giving him a view into the inner workings of the mind in all manner of creatures.
