They made the scene when she, and most of the band, were fifteen or sixteen, and were a hit with Mtv and similar. She was especially well known for being transgendered, and then, eventually, for numerous run-ins with the law and drugs. She ODed for the first time when she was about to turn eighteen, and has been in and out of rehab since. Even while struggling, the band continued to put out hits. Now there are rumors of the bandmates being on the rocks, and Harley has settled in Prospect to collect herself and try and pull back and relax. It could be the mischevious look in her light blue eyes, or her numerous tattoos, or that wicked smile. Whatever it is, the young woman draws a lot of attention. She has ink up her arms, and on the back of her hands, and even words across her fingers. She has a tattoo on the side of her neck, and a lot of work elsewhere. It is clear that there is plenty of non-inked flesh as well. She has a few piercings in each ear, and she has a labret piercing when it is in.%r%r%tShe has excellent style, and it is very current. She knows what to wear to stand out, and to accentuate her features. She tends towards tight, torn up jeans and boots with pink laces. Sometimes she goes with pleated or leather skirts. She usually wears various crop-tops, or t-shirts under vests or jackets. Everything has a strong 'rock and roll' vibe to it, and the girl knows how to pull it off. A LOT of her clothing comes from Black Craft Cult, or something similar. So, a lot of pseudo-satanic imagery, mingled with cute images or funny slogans. A favorite of hers is the image of a burning church with 'STAY LIT' under it, or one that says 'WE ARE THE WEIRDOS, MISTER' in purple and flowing script. She was known both for her incredible skill, beauty, and her transgendered nature. They blew up, and they were touring the world before even finishing high school. They released several hit albums, and of course had a fair share of haters, either because of her nature, or because people enjoy hating. It was too much for Harley, though, and she had her first OD at eighteen. She was in and out of rehab twice before now, and the band is on hiatus while Harley retires to a 'quiet' town to recollect herself.
