• Union : He's the local Union head for the dock worked union, even though he's new to the city. He transferred from a similar position in New Orleans. He really looks out for his workers, and he fights hard to get them good hours and pay.

• Crime : The docks also provide excellent ways to smuggle illegal goods, whether drugs, goods, or flesh. Paid off union workers act as muscle and transport, and are happy to keep their mouths shut.

• Creole : He's Creole, so he speaks French fluidly, and carries their culture with him.

• Voodoun : Due to a mixture of where he's from, to his culture, he practices Voodoun. He offers prayer and sacrifice to the Loa, honors the Ghede, etc.

• Sidhe : He's one of the beautiful Sidhe, though he doesn't talk much about politics, nor does he seem to carry any title or wear any markings of a House.

• Sociable : He seems to love people. Really. He laughs and smiles, and he is happy to pay for meals or drinks and bring a good time wherever he goes.
