Welcome to the Mihailovich Party!

Our Garden This garden sprawls the length and width of the rooftop in a brilliant feat of engineering and design. A small waterfall feature can be heard cascading over to the far side of the penthouse into a small pool, filled with koi and then spilling into a shallow brook that babbles around and through the sloped garden of mosses and smaller shrubs. There is a small wooden bridge that crosses the stream at about the half way point.

The sanctuary smells of green and growing things. An abundance of life from small birds to bees help pollinate and populate the massive refuge. Small statues of wolves and famous (or infamous) Silver Fangs long returned to the cycle can be found dotting the entrances to pathways that lead to the different herbal displays. Around the outside edges of the garden are larger trees that would be suitable for birds to roost in. Around all of this are solar panels that take some of the burden of the building off the grid.

For Our Party Guests

Along the side closest to the sprawling penthouse is the food. There are raw meats, diced and seasoned to perfection, appetizers, beer and wine, hand-pumped soda just like in the old days, appetizers, sushi, and a dessert bar. There is a smaller area, tucked into one sprawling corner that's been set aside for kid-friendly activities and foods and there is a kinfolk on duty at all times to make sure the children are tended properly and have just as much fun as the adults.

Music plays from hidden speakers scattered here and there.
