Raksmei/Infobox

Raksmei is a model from Cambodia who financed her own way thrugh UCLA to attain a Bachelor´s Degree Business and is now working on a masters. She met her sire, Raul Cardenas of Clan Toreador at a modeling shoot in Lake Elsinore, CA. Raul did not have permission to sire but since Lake Elsinore had no Prince, he could not be punished for not seeking permission. It was Raul´s original intent only to ghoul her but apparently death is not enough to curb some mens appetites. She certainly wont be the first or the last woman to sleep her way to the top, but now that she's made it; she wont be letting go anytime soon. Ostensibly embraced for her heartless business acumen as well as her beauty; Raksmei, it is hoped, will bring honor to the clan and more than a bit of money as well. Though begrudgingly aknowledged by the Praxis of San Francisco, Raksmei travels to Prospect to start anew. Here is a place where she does not have to exist under the burden of her sire´s irresponsible acts.
