Reiko/Introduction

Reiko is a name only whispered amongst the dinosaurs of the police force. Though she no longer wears the badge, she struggles to rid herself of the ghosts that were tied to it.

She currently resides in a rather destitute part of town. Locals know her as the crippled Asian lady upstairs.
