• Nyx has recently taken over Nocturne House, a halfway house for Hollow Ones, Orphan Mages, and the odd and end Magi that doesn't quite fit in. Follow the rules, stay as long as you like. Don't and be firmly shown the door.
• Nyx is Ananasi kinfolk through her mother's side, and was largely raised by her so has a very odd outlook on life.
• While Nyx doesn't have any fame herself, it's possible she might be recognized from the news that ran a few years ago when her father was killed, and her mother named a suspect. The hunt for her mother continues, but in the meantime Nyx (Shayla Brody) was able to claim her sizable inheritance.
• Nyx finds the Traditions less disdainful than a lot of her group does, often associating with members of other orders.
