Velok/Hooks

• Language - If you speak Russian, Japanese, Greek, Mandarin, Hindi, or Latin, Velok will understand you. When he speaks Russian or Japanese it's with a very obvious accent indicating it was studied and not his first, however when he speaks Greek (Ancient) or Latin (Classical or Vulgate), it is fast and fluid and includes slang, as if he was plucked out of Rome or Athens itself. He also understands and speaks Vulcan, but you'd have to be rather special to hear that. His base language is English, with a British Received Pronunciation accent.
